Some take-ways from today's discussion:

• The NRC understands RAI content was appropriately clarified on today's call; no changes are requested/required to be made.

• The NRC will transmit letter to FENOC formally docketing RAI content, as discussed.

• NRC transmittal letter will communicate to FENOC a 45 day RAI response date. (i.e., 45 days from transmittal letter date).

• FENOC proposed a new amendment implementation date of 180 days vice the 120 days specified in the submittal. The NRC acknowledges the proposed implementation period and has requested it be included in docketed correspondence (i.e., as part of the formal RAI response letter to the NRC).

• The NRC staff advised FENOC RAI responses are to remain in scope of the RAI discussion. Should RAI responses include additional aspects of the sites EAL scheme, not originally included as part of the licensee's docketed submittal, there will be additional requirements regarding any new information (i.e., public noticing, additional RAIs, supplements, etc.).
