October 19, 2011 On October 3, 2011, representatives of Entergy Operations, Inc., VVaterford Steam Electric Station, Unit 3, met with NRC personnel in the Region IV office located in Arlington, Texas, to discuss the preliminary White finding identified in NRC Inspection Report 05000382/2011009. The conference was held at the request of the licensee.
On October 3, 2011, representatives of Entergy Operations, Inc., VVaterford Steam Electric Station, Unit 3, met with NRC personnel in the Region IV office located in Arlington, Texas, to discuss the preliminary White finding identified in NRC Inspection Report 05000382/2011009. The conference was held at the request of the licensee.
The licensee presented a summary of the causes for the preliminary White finding and their corrective actions. The licensee provided a discussion of the information in Attachment 2.
