DPR-39 and DPR-48, for Zion Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2, to add License Condition 2.C.(17) that approves the License Termination Plan (LTP) and adds a license condition that establishes the criteria for determining when changes to the LTP require prior NRC approval.
By letter dated December 19, 2014, as supplemented on February 26, 2015, ZionSolutions, LLC requested an amendment to Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-39 and DPR-48, for Zion Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2, to add License Condition 2.C.(17) that approves the License Termination Plan (LTP) and adds a license condition that establishes the criteria for determining when changes to the LTP require prior NRC approval.
We have completed the initial processing, which is an administrative review, and have accepted your application for a more detailed technical review. The more detailed technical review may identify omissions in the submitted information or technical issues that require a request for additional information.
