Box 620 Fulton, MO 65251 CALLAWAY PLANT -NRC INITIAL OPERATOR LICENSING WRITTEN EXAMINATION APPROVAL 05000483/2013301 Dear Mr. Heflin: The purpose of this letter is to confirm the final arrangements for the upcoming operator licensing examinations at Callaway Plant. The NRC has completed its review of the operator license applications submitted in connection with this examination and separately provided a list of approved applicants to Larry Wilhelm, Operating Supervisor. Note that any examination waivers and application denials have been addressed in separate correspondence. The NRC has approved the subject examinations and hereby authorizes you to administer the written examination in accordance with NUREG-1021, "Operator Licensing Examination Standards for Power Reactors, If Revision 9, Supplement 1, on March 25, 2013. The NRC staff administered the operating tests during the week of March 18, 2013. Please contact your Chief Examiner, Brian Larson, at (817) 200-1172, if you have any questions or identify any errors or changes in the license level (RO or SRO) or type of examination (partial or complete written examination andlor operating test) speCified for each applicant.
