Dear Mr. Vissing:

The purpose of this letter is to transmit Revision 2 of the subject report to the NRC.

Several descriptive changes have been made, consistent with our analysis and corrective actions taken following the Security Inspection 97-05 in May of this year.

All-of this-information contained in this summary report is

-readily available-from docketed information and is not considered Safeguards Information.

Revisions to the Security Plan were provided, as Safeguards Information, under separate cover.

These revisions do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Security Plan and, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p),

do not require prior Commission approval.

The interim compensatory measures instituted following the May inspection are no longer needed, based upon the results of our Design Basis Explosion (DBX) calculations and will be removed.
