McDonald, this review will necessitate contacting each vendor that has provided data in our orioinal submittal and have them provide certification of the proprietary nature of the information identified in your technical evaluation report.

Until this certification is obtained, we strongly urge that the information in the technical evaluation reports not be publicly disclosed for this disclosure would cause serious contractual difficulties between FPL and our vendors.
