ENCLOSURE 1 Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant Draft SER Open Item 350 Safety Review estion 280.1 Revised Response The original response to Open Item 350 (Comparison to Branch Technical Position (MEB 9.5-1)) was transmitted via letter dated August 12, 1983 (LAP-83-333). 'Ihe reviewer requested" that this response be modified as discussed in the September 26 27 meetings. In addition, the NRC requested CP&L to submit an FSAR page change to clarify and correct a reference to NFPA No. 72D.
