. dated May 31, 2016 In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(a)(3), LaCrosseSolutions, LLC is notifying the NRC that no changes to the Quality Assurance Program Description (QAPD) for the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor (LACBWR) facility have occurred since implementation of Revision 29 on June 1, 2016. In accordance with 10 CFR 50.7l(e)(4), the QAPD update is being submitted within 24 months of QAPD Revision 29 approved in Reference.1. Therefore, no summary of changes is being reported for this period.
