Description:

On June 12, 1979 while performing repcirs on the "A" Core Spray Systea uinimum flow lina, a de;;radation of primary containment intagrity occurred.

Thic is a vicla tio*r af Tech. Spec. 3.7. A.2.

Cause and Corrective Action: ITnile investigating problems with the Core Spray Lcop "A"

minirum flot, line, the disc in the 6" check valve required repair and was recoved and replaced, thus violating pricary containment integrity. Tln occurrence was identified during an unscheduled IE Inspection.
