The following information is submitted in response to NRC Inspection Report 80-32, concerning one Severity Leve.1 IV Noncomoliance. | |||

RESPONSE
We have reviewed our shipping records for the subject shipment.
At the time of delivery from Georgia Power Company to Home Transportation Company, the shipment was in full compliance with DOT requirements, including 49 CFR 172.504.
Certi'ication of proper placarding had been signed by an authorized represeatative of Georgia Power Company and by the driver of the Home Transportation Company vehicle.
By letter of October 3,1980, Home Transportation Company notified the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control that the driver of the subject vehicle had inadvertently failed to return the placard to proper position after reconnecting the cab and trailer in the Home Transportation Company's yard approximately 1/8 mile from the burial site.
