Enclosed are six (6) copies of the SHOREHAM EQUIPMENT LISTS AT QUALIFICATION LEVEL, dated February 2, 1981.

This information is being forwarded to facilitate the staff's review of the Seismic Qualification Program in preparation for the pending site audit.

Three (3) copies of the enclosed list and one copy of the Amplified Response Spectrum for Equipment Qualification, previously trans-mitted to your attention (ref. SNRC-376, April 9, 1979), have been forwarded directly to Dr. Morris Reich at Brookhaven National Laboratory.
