-readiness briefing of the NRC Commissioners on January 18, 1990, NHY is by way of this letter, transmitting to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board and the parties the following documents:

(1) Revision 1 to the Seabrook Plan for Massachusetts Communities, (2) Revision 3 to the New Hampshire Radiological Emergency Response Plan, (3) Revision 2 to the Seabrook Station Evacuation Time ^ Study. (4) Revision 0 to the Evacuation Time Estimate Handbook for the i

The changes to the SPMC and the NHRERP were generated by the following:

J The annual plan review, including training and drill comments from participants and controllers.

Commitments made during the ASLB proceedings.

FEMA comments provided as a result of technical assistance visits, plan

reviews or the 1988 Graded Exercise.

Quarterly update to call lists and telephone numbers.

Issues identified in LBP-88-32 (NHRERP), LBP-89-17 (VANS), and LBP -

32-(SPMC/ Graded Exercise).
