1. On the afternoon of February 16, 1990, Applicants' counsel was advised by the secretary of the Appeal Board that an oral argument would be held with respect to the appeal of LBP-89-28 on March 20, 1990, in the above docket.

Applicants' counsel is the Town Moderator of the Town of 4

Sudbury, Massachusetts and must conduct the " Warrant Review" for that Annual Town Meeting in Sudbury at 8:00 P.M. on the evening of March 28, 1990.

Because.of delays in air traffic out of National

-Airport, it is entirely possible that counsel would be unable to get back to Sudbury by 8:00 PM on March 28, 1990.
