This information is hereby incorporated into the Wolf Creek Generating Station Application.

Included in Addendum ReviOion 4 are responses to requests for additional information on Health Physics Programs, Fire Protection and Meteorology.

These responses were previously transmitted by References 1, 2 and 3, respectively. An update on Geology is provided in Chapter 2.

Also pro-vided are changes and/or corrections as a result of the continuing meetings with the SNUPPS Utilities and the NRC Staff.
