In my letter dated April 19, 1994, I provided you with a revised version of Georgia Power Company's (GPC's) proposed stipulations regarding the Intervenor's illegal license transfer allegation. In a subsequent review of this submittal, I have discovered two inadvertent errors that require correction. First, stipulation paragraph 24 identified the date of Exhibit 21, an Alabama Power Company letter to the NRC, as June 10, 1991. The date should have been June 20,1991.
