Attached are the responses to Sections 2.2, 2.3 and 2.4 of Enclosure 3 of Mr Eisenhut's {{letter dated|date=December 22, 1980|text=letter dated December 22, 1980}}, titled " Control of Heavy Loads."
This was first requested to be submitted nine months following the date of the above mentioned letter. NSP's letters dated April 2, 1981, July 15, 1981, and August 31, 1981 identified delays in making this submittal.

Two items are not resolved to date. The additional investigat ion concerning the Special Lifting Devices (see the six month submittal, August 31, 1981, page 12) has not been completed. The new target date for this investigation is January 31, 1982. The other item is the Turbine Building Crane response to Item 2.4.2(b) of the attached report.
