I am a big environmentalist. One of the areas that I am concerned with is environmental racism. I am aware that the Draft Environmetnal Impact Statement produced by the Nuclear Regulatoly Commission on the proposed louisiana Energy Services Plant was released. I am outraged to learn that there is only one reference to the two communities Forest Grove and Center Springs l

that would be most affected by the new plant. This report fails to

consider the plant's social and economic impact on these two l

communities. There is no excuse for this incomplete report.
