As you know, there are a number of depositions that were taken by Intervenor on the dicscl statements issue which have not been transcribed; some were transcribed and provided i

months after the depositions.1' In order to avoid last minute disputes concerning the use of deposition transcripts at the hearmg, I propose the following agreement among the parties.

Any transcripts of previously completed depositions, which are to be used at the hearmg on the diesel statements issue, must be provided to_ the deponent for review, correction and signature, no later than March 20,1995. Any transcripts of depositions to be completed afkt this date, which are to be used at the hearing on the diesel state.ments issue, must be provided to the deponent for reyww, correction and signature, no later than two weeks, following completion of the deposition.
