Licensee suggests that the Licensing Board in issuing its order on the petitions to intervene in this proceeding, assuming that the Board finds that at least one petitioner has satisfied the requirements for a showing of interest, establish dates for the filing of contentions, for replies thereto and for the holding of a special prehearing conference.

Licencee further suggests that in order to allow time for a meeting of the parties to discuss the con-tentions, the date for reply to the contentions be set at least three weeks after the filing of -contentions and that the special prehearing conference be set at least 30 days after such filing.
