Pursuant to the final rule regarding the addition of the Emergency Response Data System (ERDS) to 10CFR50, South Carolina Electric & Gas Company (SCELG) is submitting its ERDS implementation program plan. A meeting was held in Atlanta, Georgia, on October 3, 1991, with Mr. Jolicoeur of the NRC to discuss the requirerrents of NL' REG-1394 (the guidance document for ERDS implementation). In this meeting, it was explained that this submittal should include the following:
