POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 IMPLEMENTATION OF EkERGENCY RESPONSE DATA SYSTEM As identified in our {{letter dated|date=October 17, 1991|text=October 17,1991 letter}} (Serial No. 91583), training of Emergency Communicators was necessary-prior to declaring the ERDS fully operable at Surry and North Anna Power Stations. This training was whoduled for completion by the 1, of December 1991. The purpose of this letter is to advise you that this training has Deen completed at both Surry and North Anna.
