In accordance with your 2/7/85 letter requesting classification of the MSU Emergency Plan items. Attached to this letter, please find:

Copy of May 21, 1984 letter transmitting Revision 1 of the Plan which responds to the telephone request of Mr. Bates on May 8, 1984.

The revised pages for Revision 1, dated 5/9/84.

The revised pages for Revision 2, dated 10/17/84.
The items identified in the " Emergency Plan Review dated January,1985 have, we believe been responded to in these revisions.
Specifically, the specific items are identified as:
