Investigation of the situation has indicated that solids levels in the plant are slightly elevated and flows have been extremely slow, but that t;he BOD 5 concentrr. tion is within compliance levels; so treatment is being effected. In addition to normal maintenance activities, personnel are paying particular attention to plant conditions, and sludge will be removed to reduce overall solids levels. It la anticipated that if this outfall has not already returned to compliance, it will do so by March 13, 1985, the next scheduled sampling day.
