The Region IV staff has completed review of the emergency plan changes which you submitted to this office by {{letter dated|date=February 15, 1985|text=letter dated February 15, 1985}}.

The emergency plan changes do not appear to decrease the effectiveness of the Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS) emergency preparedness and response and, therefore, appear to comply with the requirements of 10 CFR Part 50.54(q).
