This refers to an inspection conducted on October 3,1996, at Harper Grace Hospital in 1

i Detroit, MI. The purpose of the inspection was to determine whether activities conducted in association with the NRC reciprocity provisions of 10 CFR 150.20 were conducted in l.

accordance with NRC requirements. At the conclusion of the inspection, the findings were discussed with Mr. T. Speck of your staff.

j-The inspection was an examination of activities conducted under your license as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Commission's rules and regulations and with the conditions of your license. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with j

personnel, independent measurements and observation of activities in progress.

4 No violations of regulatory requirements were identified during the course of this i

inspection.
