In response to the Board's July 16, 1985 Order and its instructions in the July 23, 1985 Prehearing Conference, and in light of the lack of agreement between the Applicant and.Intervenor Bob Neiner Farms, Inc. on acceptable language, the Staff submits the following proposed language for a license condition which could be imposed in the operating license for Braidwood Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2:
Commonwealth Edison will give personal notice to Bob Neiner Farms, Inc. in the event Commonwealth Edison Company takes any action to construct 765 kV transmission lines for the purpose of transmitting electricity generated by Units 1 and 2 within 25 years of the date of issuance of this license.
