Task Order No. 113 entitled. " Evaluation of the AP-600 Leak-Before-Break Methodology and Application" under Contract No.

NRC-03-95-026 In accordance with the Section G.5. Task Order Procedures. of the sul> ject contract, this letter definitizes Task Order No.113.

This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work.

Task Order No. 112 shall be effective March 19. 1997 through June 30. 1997.

The total cost ceiling is $27.082.00. of which the amount of $26.993.00 represents the reimbursable costs and the amount of $792.00 represents the fixed fee.

l The task order obligates fiscal year 95 funds in the amount of $27.082.00.

These funds were obligated in the basic contract at the time of award.
