NMSS CONCURRENCE ON A DIRECT FINAL RULE - FOR REV0 KING THE REQUIREMENT FOR AN ENVIRONMENTAL REPORT FROM URANIUM MILL LICENSEES AT LICENSE TERMINATION - 10 CFR 51.60 My staff has reviewed the subject direct final rule, transmitted by your memorandum dated March 19, 1997, and based on that review, I concur with the j

direct final rule.

I suggest, however, that the congressional letters be revised to clearly indicate that we are proposing a direct final rule.
