COMMISSION DETERMINATION STATEMENT FOR TRANSCRIPT OF LICENSING REFORM, SEPTEMBER 21, 1977 Attached is a Commission Determination Statement releasing to_the public in its entirety the transcript of the subject meeting.

t TranscH g. or Licensing Reform September 21, 1977 On December 5,19 77 and pursuant to 10 CFR 9.105(o) the Ccrmission, by unanimous vote and on the advice of the General Counsel, determined that the subject transcript should be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 9.10 4 (a) (9 ) and (b) (3) until the bill becomes law or until the end of the current Congress, at which time the Ccamission wculd then determine if the subject transcript or any portion thereof shall be withheld from the public.

Following the adjournment of the 95th Congress, the Secretary of the Commission, upon the advice of the Office of the General Counsel and after consulting with the Commission, determined that the subject transcript should be released in ts entirety to the public, pursuant to 10 CFR 9.10 3 (c).
