NRC INSPECTION REPORT 50-416/96-04

This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. W. Wagner of this office on

January 23-26, 1996, at the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station facility.

The purpose

of the inspection was to determine whether activities authorized by the

license were conducted safely and in accordance with NRC requirements. At the

conclusion of the inspection, the findings were discussed with those members

of your staff identified in the enclosed report.

and representative records, interviews with personnel, and obse vstion of

activities in progress,
