Dear Ms. Hutchinson:

The purpose-of this modification is to obligate FY 98 funA n

the amount of $100,000.00, thereby increasing the obligated amount of the task order from $2,079,000.00 to $2,179,000.00.

Accordingly, the subject task order is hereby modified as tollows:

The third paragraph of the definitization letter dated, September 28, 1995, is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:

"The amount presently o'<igated with respect to this task order is $2,179,000.00, of which the amount of

$2,095,192.31 represents the reimbursable coste, and the amount of $83,807.69 represents the fixed fee."
