Dear Mr. Sanza:
This is to inform you that NRC conducted an inspection of McNDT Leasing, Inc., an Illinois licensee (License No. IL-01875-01), at a temporary job site in Decatur, Indiana, on March 12, 1999. The licensee was operating under 10 CFR 150.20 (reciprocity).
No violations of NRC requirements were identified during the period of the inspection. An NRC Form 591 was issued to the licensee of which a copy is enclosed for your records.
