a proposed amendment to the Oconee Technical Specifications which ado esses the structural integrity of the re. actor buildings. In a letter to Duke dat.ed September 15, 1997,- tile NRC approved the requested amendments (Nos 225, 225, and 222 for - FOL DPR 38, 47, nnd 55, respectively).

It is Duke's process to review amendments for accuracy prior to officially updating the Technical Specifications. During the 1

review of the approved amendment, an oversight of an editorial nature was discovered in the Duke September 3,

Because of page spacing, re-insertion of the omitted words beginning at the top of page 4.4-16 is-desired. This change will affect the format and spacing of pages 4.4-16 tnrough 4.4-19, but wilA not affect the technical content. Please review and reissue 9709260312 9709t9I MlO/
