Uc consider that the proposed 40-year extension of your current possession only authority invcives a SAFSTOR portion of a decomissioning action. In addition, 10 CFR 51.41 provides that the Comission may require an applicant for a renewal of a license to sutnit such information to the Comission as may be useful in aiding the Comission in complying with Section 10P(2) of NEPA. Your application involves both deccmissioning and a renewal of a license.
