We have reviewed the subject contract file documentation and have i

determined that all actions have been completed.

Enclosed is unilateral modification no.

19 to the subject contract which incorporates the final indirect rates for FY91 through FY95 per DCAA audit reports dated July 30, 1993, August 26, 1994, and March 31, 1997.

Total payment in the amount of $2,630,365.00 has been accomplished.

All obligations have been met by the parties and the contract is officially closed out.
