In accordance with NRC Management Directive and Handbook 6.4, Generic Issues Program, the GI staff is requesting the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) to review the issue to determine if the issue requires immediate action in accordance with LIC-504, Integrated Risk-Informed Decision-Making Process for Emergent Issues."
