By letter dated July 13, 2022, the University of Wisconsin Nuclear Reactor (UWNR) reported to the commission changes to its Physical Security Protection Plan (the Plan) in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p) (2). The letter included an attachment detailing the description of the changes and an enclosure containing a copy of the Plan. The enclosure inadvertently was missing its cover page.

Additionally, by letter dated July 21, 2003 as supplemented on October 22, 2003, the UWNR had implemented compensatory measures
