8. Procedures to be followed in the event of fire or'some other emergency

- that may involve damage or loss of the Pu-Be source. Include the names and telephone numbers of individuals within the college who should be notified and who will, .in turn, notify the NRC and if applicable, the _ -

local police and State personnel. Please also inform us of your means for insuring that appropriate personnel are aware of the procedures to be
