The information provided in Enclosure 1 of this note was originally submitted with Westinghouse letter ET-NRC-93-3867 dated April 19,1993, and was identified 'as proprietary (See Accession
- 9304260045). Westinghcase letter NSD-NRC-98-5753 dated August 13,1998, (Enclosure 2) i states that the information in Enclosure 1 is no longer considered proprietary, Therefore, I have removed the Westinghouse proprietary markings from Enclosure 1 so that it i can be placed into the public files.
