The Dominion Energy guidelines for Quarantine and Return-to-Work of employees includes a FAQ section. Within this section is a response of what is a Close Contact. I have attached this document to the email, this particular language is on page 14 of the document.
With this definition of close contact in mind, allowing two individuals (Players and Controllers) inside one of our BREs (approximately 7 x 7) would be outside of company guidance.
Compensatory Measures for relocating the on-duty Responder from the BRE exist. We have supplied you with a copy of a Security-Related Information Temporary Order used for replacing ballistic glass in the BRE.
We have not applied this Temporary Order to more than one BRE at the same time. Additionally, while this Temporary Order will remove the on-duty Responder, the need for two individuals inside the BRE (Player and Controller) would remain. This would be outside of company guidance.
Use of officers currently working in PODS was considered. These officers who work together still must comply with the above company guidelines.
For example, at our BREs we perform post rotations with one officer inside the BRE and the other on the platform.
Staffing differences - Below are some preliminary forecasts of staffing levels needed for an .03 versus the 92707;
  .03 Staffing Levels (approximate) 60 - 70 individuals (32 from out of the area)
 
92707 Staffing Levels (approximate) 25-30 individuals (11 from out of the area)
