STOLEN TROXLER MOISTURE DENSITY GAUGE On September 7, 1999, State officials confirmed that the Troxler moisture dcnsity gauge which was stolen from the licensee's facility sometime during the weekend of August 28, 1999, has been recovered.        Details of th:.0 theft were documented in PNO-II-99-034, dated August 30, 1999.
In response to a telephone call to local authorities on Friday, September 3,    1999, the gauge was recovered in a ditch along the side of this road, approximately one half mile from the licensee's facility.
State officials also confirmed that the recovered gauge was intact. The cources were locked in position and it did not appear that anyone tanpered with the device. The gauge has since been returned to the licencee.
