Under the provisions of the Freedom ofInformation Act,5 USC 552,I am requesting copies of all information relating to, and cor.cerning the develt.pment of a 1988 Information t Enforcement Notice regarding polimide insulated electrical wiring.
As you know, Section 552 (4) (a) permits you to reduce or waive fees when the release of information is considered as "primarily benefitting the public." I believe that the information requested fits this category because it relates to safety issues concerning and benefitting the public safety. Consequently, I am requesting the waiver of all fees. If this waiver is not granted,      '
