OPERATIONS NARRATIVE COOPER NUCLEAR STATION FEBRUARY 1991 NORMAL POWER OPERATION WAS EXPERIENCED DURING THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY. A CAPACITY FACTOR OF 100.3% WAS ACHIEVED FOR THE MONTH.
