Employee's unescorted access was reinstated after evaluation results were received.
One random test for an Entergy employee resulted in a positive for marijuana. Subject was mandated to the Employee Assistance Program. Unescorted access was reinstated after evaluation results were received.
One pre-access test was administered on a Stone & Webster employee with a low temperature reading. Subject was recollected as an 'Other' test (observed), and the results came back positive for cocaine. Subject was denied access for three years.
