A meeting notice, which provides additional details, is enclosed. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the NRC Reactor Oversight Process Annual Assessment of your Saint Lucie Nuclear Station.

This is a newly scheduled meeting. The Annual Assessment Letter is accessible from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS) (ML080630315) or from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/NRR/OVERSIGHT/ASSESS/LETTERS/stl_2007q4.pdf The NRC's Policy Statement, "Enhancing Public Participation in NRC Meetings," effective May 28, 2002, applies to this meeting.
