MOTION FOR PERMISSION TO FILE A CORRECTED BRIEF Since there were a number of typographical errors in our Brief filed, November 20, 1973, for the convenience of the Board and Parties we request permission to file this corrected Trial Brief. While we have corrected typographical errors, we make absolutely no changes of substances. We do eliminate one duplication. (This is the reference to the " Tying arrangements" made on Page 48, which duplicates the reference on Page 30.)

We also add a Table of Contents and Table of Cases.
