I.A.      Inadequate Identification of Baseline Calibration Blocks r
The calibration blocks used for the Oconee Unit 3 piping baseline inspection were supplied by B&W in 1970 as part of the original oconee Unit 1 baseline inspection program. Since Appendix B to 10CFR50 was issued af ter the cali-bration blocks had been supplied to Oconee, records and data did not meet all requirements of Criterion XII. Furthermore, the blocks were modified, but appropriate changes were not made to the drawings.

Identification numbers will be added to the blocks to assure proper control prior to July 19, 1974.
