REQUESTS FOR HEARING WITH RESPECT TO THE LICENSE RENEWAL APPLICATION FOR THE PILGRIM NUCLEAR POWER STATION Attached is a request for hearing submitted by Pilgrim Watch, dated May 25, 2006. Also attached is a request for hearing submitted by the Attorney General for Massachusetts, dated May 26, 2006. The requests were submitted in response to a notice issued by the NRC staff that provided an opportunity for hearing on the license renewal application of Entergy Nuclear Operations, lnc. for renewal of the facility operating license for the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station. The notice was published in the Federal Reqister at 71 Fed. Reg. 15222 (March 27, 2006). The requests and supporting documents are being added to ADAMS and will shortly be available on the Electronic Hearing Docket.
The hearing requests are being referred to you for appropriate action in accordance with 10 C.F.R. §2.346(i).
