The changes to the licenses were to update the reference to the revised Physical Security Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Training and Qualification Plan. Exelon provided the revised plans in response to NRC Order EA-06-037 in a letter dated May 17, 2006. The NRC letter dated May 15, 2007, transmitted a revised license page for Byron, Unit No. 2 (license page 4b), and incorrectly referenced the Exelon submittal as May 17, 2007. Therefore, license page 4b, which was issued by letter dated May 15, 2007, for Byron, Unit No. 2, is hereby replaced by the attached revised license page. The exemption was granted with NRC materials license No. SNM-1916, issued March 4, 1985, and relieved the licensee from the requirement of having a criticality alarm system. Therefore, the licensee is exempted from the criticality alarm system provision of 10 CFR 70.24 so far as this section applies to the storage of fuel assemblies held under this licensee. | |||
