The Oglala Sioux Tribe, the Oglala Delegation of the Great Sioux Nation Treaty Council, the Western Nebraska Resource Council and several individuals have petitioned to intervene in the license renewal proceeding. The oral arguments will address the standing of these potential parties to intervene and the admissibility of their various environmental and technical contentions.
